Payment

100% prepayment is required. Goods remain the property of MIAVKA S.à r.l. until payment is received in full.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out via DPD or FedEx after payment has been received. Shipping costs are borne by the recipient.

Claims

Please inspect the goods upon receipt. Any defects or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 8 days of receipt. Returns require prior written approval by MIAVKA. Goods of satisfactory quality are not eligible for return.

Disputes

Any invoice dispute must be raised in writing within 15 days of the invoice date.

VAT

EU B2B supplies are invoiced at 0% VAT — intra-community supply, reverse charge applies. Buyer is responsible for VAT accounting in their jurisdiction.
