You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the newsletter or by contacting us at hello@miavka.com. Form Processing

When you submit a form on our website, your data is first transferred to Make (operated by Celonis, Inc.), which acts as a data processor. To protect our forms from spam and automated submissions, we use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). For this purpose, Cloudflare processes anonymized technical data such as your IP address and browser characteristics. The processing is carried out on the basis of art. 6 ( 1 ) lit. f GDPR due to our legitimate interest in preventing spam and ensuring the security of our forms. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this website.

Rights of Persons Affected and Storage Duration

Server log files are stored for a maximum of 30 days and then deleted. Newsletter email addresses are stored until you unsubscribe. Upon unsubscription, your email address will be deleted from our mailing list within 30 days.

If the legal requirements are fulfilled, you have the following rights according to art. 15 to 20 GDPR: Right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability. You also have a right of objection against processing based on art. 6 ( 1 ) lit. f GDPR, and to processing for the purposes of direct marketing, according to art. 21 ( 1 ) GDPR.

Right to Complain to the Regulatory Authority
