Server Log Files

Newsletter

We use your email address exclusively to send you our newsletter, if you have explicitly agreed to this. The processing is carried out on the basis of art. 6 ( 1 ) lit. a GDPR with your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the newsletter or by contacting us at hello@miavka.com. Your email address will then be removed from our mailing list.Your data will be forwarded to Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA) for the purpose of sending the newsletter. Form Processing

When you submit a form on our website, your data is first transferred to Make (operated by Celonis, Inc.), which acts as a data processor. Make forwards your email address to Mailchimp for the purpose of newsletter subscription. The processing is carried out on the basis of art. 6 ( 1 ) lit. a GDPR with your consent. To protect our forms from spam and automated submissions, we use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). For this purpose, Cloudflare processes anonymized technical data such as your IP address and browser characteristics. The processing is carried out on the basis of art. 6 ( 1 ) lit. f GDPR due to our legitimate interest in preventing spam and ensuring the security of our forms. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this website.

Rights of Persons Affected and Storage Duration

Server log files are stored for a maximum of 30 days and then deleted. Newsletter email addresses are stored until you unsubscribe. Upon unsubscription, your email address will be deleted from our mailing list within 30 days.

If the legal requirements are fulfilled, you have the following rights according to art. 15 to 20 GDPR: Right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability. You also have a right of objection against processing based on art. 6 ( 1 ) lit. f GDPR, and to processing for the purposes of direct marketing, according to art. 21 ( 1 ) GDPR.

Right to Complain to the Regulatory Authority

You have the right to complain to the regulatory authority according to art. 77 GDPR if you believe that your data is not being processed legally. The competent supervisory authority for Luxembourg is the Commission Nationale pour la Protection des Données (CNPD): cnpd.public.lu
